Amendment Policy:
• For all seasons 1500 hrs Dubai time is standard to receive cancellations or late amendments or name change
• Any existing booking amendment within the cancelation period will be considered as a cancelation, a new booking request will be required subject to availability
• No name changes will be accepted for existing bookings. Booking will have to be canceled and a new booking request will be required subject to availability
• Note: Bookings made on Best Available Rate, will have the cancellation as per Best Available Rate cancellation policy (will be advised at the time of bookings)
• Net Rates are for the use of bona fide customers travelling on individual basis and are not applicable for groups (group is considered as 10 rooms and above).
Check-in/Check-out:

• The Hotel Management will assess on case to case basis requests for early arrival and/or late departure on the day of arrival and/or departure.
