Herewith, we would like to share an update on the facilities and latest development activities at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection.

1. Nearby Construction
   Construction of a new high-rise residential tower is ongoing approximately 300 meters from the main building is still on-going until further notice. This distance ensures that any potential disturbance remains minimal for the guests.

Starting from July 2024, construction of a new high-rise residential tower, which is not affiliated with the Resort, will commence adjacent to their property. The construction site is over 300 meters away from the main resort building, ensuring a significant buffer distance from primary guest areas.

Stringent measures are in place to ensure minimal visual and noise disruption, maintaining the tranquillity and comfort for guests.
