This condominium is a short walk from Mamita's Beach Club and Fifth Avenue. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with a bar and free on-site parking. Aldea Thai features a TV and DVD player in every suite. Designer bath amenities and a safety deposit box are also included. Some suites offer a full kitchen and separate living room. Cancun International Airport is a 45 minute drive from Thai Aldea. Archaeological sites including Tulum and Chichen Itza are within driving distance of the Condominium. Please note that 5% of the total accommodations will be charged at the time of issuing refunds for administrative expenses.No special conditions apply for groups.

Children of all ages are allowed. Children 2 and under stay for US$8 per person, per night when using an available crib. Children 12 and under stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that an open credit card voucher will be requested upon check in. In case there is no credit card available, a cash amount will be asked upon check in. The amount will be determined by front desk. Each guest will be granted with a bracelet upon check in, in order to access the property. The bracelets will be asked back upon check out. In case a bracelet is not handed back, an additional fee will be charged per missing bracelet. Please note that cleaning service is every 3 days. Cleaning service for long stays are every 7 days.
