TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2023-2024
Stay Dates: 14/01/2023-13/01/2024
No arrival/departure allowed on the 30th of December 2023 and 31st of December 2023
Extra Bed Policy:
Infant: 00 – 03.99 years of age
Child: 04 – 11.99 years of age
Adult: 12 years and above
Infant: Baby cot will be provided free of charge.
Child: See Below rates.
One child rollaway bed can be placed only from Armani Classic Room onwards.
Child will need to share existing bedding if booked in Armani Deluxe Room.
Adult: See below rates
Third adult allowed only from Armani Classic Room onwards.
Check-in and check-out
a) Check in time: 15:00 hrs
b) Check out time: 12:00 hrs
For the guests own convenience we recommend to book the night before in case of early arrival/one additional night in case of late departure – unless room type allows the use of 24-hour check-in/out.
Early check in/late checkout cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability at extra cost:
a) Late check out until 6 pm: 50% of the confirmed rate
b) Late check out after 6 pm: 100% charge of the confirmed rate
No Show:
Full length of stay booked will be charged (applicable for all seasons)
HALF BOARD
The Half Board Supplement will be applicable for either lunch OR dinner, per day to be redeemed in the outlet at staying Hotel mentioned above.
The supplement includes a 3-course set menu inclusive of soft drinks in the all-day dining restaurant and Buffet where specified above.
Half board supplement must be booked for the full duration of the stay and all parties booked
Breakfast is not included in the half board supplement for room only bookings
Early Bird discount does not apply on the half board supplement
Children below 4 years old eat Free of charge
Half Board is not applicable for the period from 23rd Dec 2023 to 13th Jan 2024 (both dates inclusive)
Any existing bookings made before 8th June 2022 on the earlier Half Board Dine Around Program will be honored.
