This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. With the exception of our Advance Purchase rates, we do not make a charge to your credit card. However due to security reasons and in line with our cancelation policy, we pre-authorize your card prior to your arrival date. For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival. If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing. If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night. This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
