Hotel Bitacora is a fabulous choice for family holidays, right on the coast of sunny Tenerife. Have a blast splashing down the water slides, joining in the many activities on offer or simply relax while the kids muck around by the pool!

Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 3 nights as a penalty,
• If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Winter  (Christmas/New Year Period):

• If the booking is cancelled with more than 14 days before the arrival, no penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 7 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 30% of the total as a penalty;
• If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 1 days before the arrival, or no show the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Bitacora hotel is positioned in Playa de la Americas, in the south part of the island. Tenerife Sur Airport is located within 20 minutes’ drive.
